Silver Birthstone Band

I am one of those "lucky" few who often gets to deal with customer service when I make a purchase. This time it was because I had purchased 2 of the Birthstone Purity Rings, and had checked off the boxes (and paid for) the "Send a black velvet box" and "Send a polishing cloth". When I opened up my package I had neither! I first tried to contact the company through a "Contact Us" option listed via email, but did not hear anything back. After 5 days, I called their phone number. There was a long hold time and my cell phone didn't have enough battery, so I hit the option to leave a message and left email as a way to contact me. Within an hour I had an email asking what could be done to rectify the problem (ship the missing items, refund...) It took a little time, but yesterday I received my missing items. It was a close call because the dinner which we're presenting these to our daughters is Friday, and I received the package on Monday! (Posted on 3/6/12)
